The Floating Power
Primarily used for barge handling, this 800 hp pusher is capable of transporting two 80m long TS barges with a total load of 3200 tonnes. It is suitable for boxing tasks as a tug, for anchor installation using a mooring barge, but also for smaller jobs such as pontoon installation, rescue work or water transport. Its wheelhouse can be raised or lowered to achieve a suitable visibility.
History
The original hull was built in Berlin in 1969. Our company bought it in 2005 and refurbished it in every detail. Since 2006, it has been involved in almost all our bridge construction projects, including the construction of the Ferenc Móra Bridge in Szeged, and the Tiszavirág Bridge in Szolnok, but it has also been involved in the Complex Tisza Lake project, in connection with the dredging of the Hallépcső.
Technical details
As a pusher, it has an angular bow and stern structure with a coupling device to ensure a firm connection between the pusher and the pushed vessel. The overall length of the vessel is 21,72 m, maximum beam 8,35 m, draught 1.10 m, displacement 193 m3. It has a hydraulic steering system, with a raisable wheelhouse for optimum visibility. It is a towboat with 800 hp, powered by 2 Doosan/Daewoo L126TIM engines of 294kW and has its own assault boat (Tamara).

Crew requirements:
The vessel is manned by three crew members: skipper, engineer, boatswain. They are on duty on board 24 hours a day.
